Flickering or not: seven acts of the Perm 50+ club now have open safety passports

A sensory passport is a document that answers the question of whether it is safe to watch a particular act for a viewer with photosensitive epilepsy, low vision, or increased sensitivity to sound. The passport of the "Zimnyaya Dacha" club contains measurements, not opinions.

What was measured

What the seven acts turned out to have

According to the measured files: there are no flashes or editing cuts in any act, and the sensory score is from 9.5 to 10 out of 10. The darkest video is the Spanish duo, the brightest are "Platya" and "9 Maya". The passports are open: the PDF can be downloaded from the act's card on the catalog page.

An honest caveat

The measurements on the server are an approximation to the criteria of ITU-R BT.1702 and Harding FPA, not a certification. At the club this is formulated exactly that way: "complies according to measurement results". Harding FPA certification is passed by a separate hardware-software solution, and it cannot be claimed without grounds.

Who needs this

For the client — to understand what they are bringing to the venue. For a viewer with a disability — to decide whether to go to an act, and what to ask for in advance. For the organizer of an inclusive event — to attach the passport to the program and not explain everything in words.
